### 1/5 — App on iPad Crashes, White Screen

Every time I open the app, it looks like its loading only for it to then show a white screen.. That’s it. I want my money back from this subscription because I can’t even use it.

**Developer response:** Kaneerika, There was an issue with release 1.8 that caused this white app screen with new Loxx Boxx connections.  Release 1.9 corrects this issue.   Please contact customersupport@loxxboxx.com directly so we can issue a credit towards your Loxx Boxx purchase.

### 2/5 — Multiple Boxes

I purchased two boxes, one for personal use and one for business use. I bought them separately to avoid confusing personal and business expenses, expecting to still set up and access both of them together through the app, but that is not the case. Each box is associated only with the email address used when purchasing them (business vs personal), thus requiring you to sign out of one account in order to sign into another account. As an IT tech I do not understand why a box cannot be moved to the other email address so both can be accessed at the same time within the app, and I do not want to keep signing in and out of accounts just to access them. No where is there any information letting people know of this issue before purchasing the boxes. Customer service has so far been unable to help me resolve this issue.

### 2/5 — Worked, but now it's crashing my phone

For about a year or so the app worked with few glitches. There were a couple of times where it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth but it would resolve itself relatively quickly. Now, the app won't sync to the box at all. I tried to hard reset it, but nothing works. Everytime I try to set up the Bluetooth, the app crashes and drags my phone down with it. Even with the update, still experiencing the same issue. Something needs to be fixed. Either the app sucks or the box is a lemon.

LTE or WiFi, you will be paying a monthly app fee as well. Absolutely ridiculous.

### 4/5 — App crashes- UPDATE

Had a difficult time setting this up as the App continued to crash, even with the new IOS update. Spoke with Blake, who tried to trouble shoot, but was unsuccessful. My app still will not connect with the box. So now I have a secure box sitting in my porch but is useless. Fix the app glitches please!

UPDATE- app now working well. Had a faulty Keypad panel but Loxx Boxx sent a replacement and now the app connects to the box. Thank you!

Love the box. Easy intuitive app. Currently requires manually input of package information. When it has integration with my FedEx and UPS accounts, I’ll give it 5 stars.

**Developer response:** We are working on the API for carrier integration.  In the meantime, using the IOS share feature allows you to share tracking numbers into the APP.   Thank you for the review.

I got my box before the delivery services knew what to do. Now they’re all experienced with that and it works fantastic. I do wish you could plug it in with a battery back up but it charges quickly enough. Very secure and I’m confident to receive even expensive items. don’t forget to give your delivery service reviews and kudos to encourage good delivery behavior.

This made life easier.  All my tracking is in one place and all my packages are locked up when delivered.   Grocery delivery has been great to reduce contact.
