Will not find my location and won’t let me select address from previous trips. Usually never have any issues and really enjoy this company but frustrated the last week and had to resort to other company ### 2/5 — Update app to show full pricing for trip *2026-03-07, version 0.48.01* The idea of the app on fixing prices is great. However the app needs to be able to show a user the full and actual pricing of the trip. The additional surcharge at the end of the trip tends to bring controversy between user and driver at the end of the trip. When it comes to pricing LoyalT can be cheaper DEPENDING on where you go in the niagara region. Anywhere in the falls is 12$, anywhere in St. Kitts (to somewhere else in st kitts) is 12$. Once you go from city to city, you get charged more. With Uber there always a set price. Uber takes anywhere between 10-15 min to arrive while LoyalT is very quick, at around 2-8 minutes. As a woman,i love the "woman driver" feature. But whenever i try to use it on LoyalT they're never available. One time (this was LoyalT) i was going to a friends house for a night out. The driver tried to drop me off around HIS living area. He also wouldnt leave my friends house after i walked in. (her bf had to tell him to leave) -> while nothing like that happened while i personally used uber; ive had some creepy conversations. Late at night LoyalT stops taking riders at around 2/2:30 and wont open again till 7am. Uber is a 50/50 in that aspect . Overall, i prefer getting rides from friends but as a broke collage student LoyalT is more affordable for me; but for safety concerns for myself i would prefer uber ### 5/5 — Very clean *2025-03-20, version 0.45.08* This was a clean safe ride! But lately when I try to order no one takes the call (especially in the snow…does the snow mean you don’t do your job???). But tonight I ordered a car and the driver cancelled the ride on me! I took 2 mins MAX to get out of my apartment and even messaged the driver to let them know that I was coming! On top of that Loyal doesn’t actually have the true price on the app for their customers so there’s potential for their drivers to cheat people out! Terrible service. They are much cheaper than uber lyft or your local taxi service. They charge a flat rate so you always know how much your ride will be. You can pay cash or e-transfer them. They are always there within 10 minutes, and you can track where your ride is. The drivers are always extremely accommodating and friendly as well.
