I’ve been using this CRM for 5+ years. We’re at a point where a major overhaul and upgrade is needed for this to be comparable to other CRM’s on the market. The app has zero functionality aside from that of a basic, barebones messaging app— it could use more of the features that are associated with the website, so that there’s actually value to having it on my mobile devices. I’m not able to toggle between conversations without it crashing or locking up after every single message that I send, which forces me to have to close the app and relaunch it just to have the ability to respond to the next message in the cue. There is no client information available, so if a client has a problem/question and I’m not in front of my computer I’m not able to respond accordingly. I could give a rave about the desktop application, but the mobile app. . . Absolute garbage 🗑️.

The app you're describing is not the app we have today. We've done a major overhaul: client profiles and information are now fully accessible in-app, and we've brought over a significant portion of the features previously exclusive to web.

Could use some major developing updates. Seems out of date of what it possibly could be. Should have more access such as the website has. Please update A.S.A.P. Loyalsnap could offer so much more.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! We're happy to share that this has been a major focus for us. The app has been significantly updated and now includes much of the functionality previously only available on the web.
