## What is Loyalty Flow?

Loyalty Flow Staff is the clinic-team companion app for Loyalty Flow.

Staff can securely sign in to access their assigned clinic, scan patient and voucher QR codes, view check-ins, review loyalty balances, redeem eligible vouchers, build room checkout carts, and complete supported checkout workflows.

Designed for medspas, wellness clinics, and aesthetic practices, Loyalty Flow Staff helps providers and front-desk teams keep patient loyalty, rewards, and checkout activity moving from the treatment room to the front desk.

This app requires an active Loyalty Flow clinic account and authorized staff access.
