The member of staff clearly didn’t know what I was talking about. This app just seems unnecessarily complicated. Why do I need to ‘check in’? The nearest shop is 12 miles away and is a tatoo parlour. Not really hitting the demographic or geographical "convenience" factor for me. Idea has been done before by others with more critical mass and promotional appeal. They are unresponsive in the support function. Finally got in by just selecting to sign in with my Apple ID and says there’s no locations near me despite getting the info from a location around the corner. Tried going to the settings to ensure my location info was correct but again with the blank screen. Blank screen three times and after trying different approaches with email vs phone number I finally got in but blank data.
