## What is Löyly?

Löyly turns sauna sessions into a habit that sticks.

Start a timer or log a past session in seconds — track duration, temperature, and how you felt. Löyly quietly keeps your streak alive and celebrates the milestones that actually matter: your first session, your first week, your first ten.

FEATURES
• Unlimited session logging — duration, temperature, and notes
• Streaks that track your consistency, not just your history
• Full session history, always available
• Apple Health sync — every session counts alongside your other activity
• Progress stats: a 7-day chart and unlockable achievements

Heat exposure has real risks and isn't safe for everyone. Löyly includes a short safety disclaimer before your first session — please read it.
