We didn’t know what to do! My husband found this app for us to try and it has been great. It has taken some adjusting, but this app has helped us tremendously! If you’re willing to put some legwork in this is the app you need! More and more options are now required to be paid for. Not only do I have to now pay for last month’s sales records, I HAVE JUST PAID OUR CREDITORS DOUBLE because the system in it’s wisdom has decided to ‘double’ our sales (we sell goods on consignment). It’s showing 2 sales instead of 1. We are a struggling small business we can’t afford mistakes like that. I had a lot of issues and the customer service is almost useless. To be honest I really believe they are few people who answer whenever they want. So, advise for everyone...they are not reliable at all. Now, in the last period they started to cancel the accounts without any reason using the cancellation policy. “ Utilising our terms of use for the “Cancellation of Accounts”, your account will be cancelled on July 25, 2021. It is highly recommended to export your data before that date as it will be deleted thereafter in accordance with our policies” I suggest everyone to try different apps. Loyverse is a good app but the owners are “0”. ### 1/5 — Storage? *2020-07-09, version 2.32* You have a shop but you can’t separate storage products from shelves products! It requires you to open another store! ### 1/5 — Are you serious? *2019-11-30, version 2.25* Let me explain to you why (to me), this app deserves 0 stars. It claims to be a “Mobile POS system”, so I thought I’ll give it a try, because I’m a mobile tech. After playing around with it for half an hour and adding a range of products to the system, I tried adding my first customer, and to my shock and disappointment, there’s no way to attribute an address to the customer!!! Are you serious?? This is quite literally the single most important piece of information for me. It’s actually more important than the customer’s name! How can you possibly omit this? You’ve effectively eliminated everyone in the service industry! Because when you spend your entire day going from house to house, the address is kind of important. So to me, unfortunately this killed the entire app and rendered it useless. You may argue that I can just add it to the customer file in the “Notes” section.
