And like the other review stated .. blue tooth shows connected yet app will Not recognize it ! And after looking online, there are countless people with the same issue. I called the number like the app advised. The woman said ‘yeah that’s not gonna work, it’s for our newer beds’. I asked why they got rid of the old app? She said ‘that’s a 2017 base.’ I said ‘it’s a $1600 bed frame’ she said ‘SO? It’s just like an iPhone, they’re $1000’ That’s when I hung up, Honestly, this is my last L&P product that I’m ever going to buy. Functional obsolescence for a luxury product. Update. The old app stopped working and this one still doesn’t connect. These apps are virtually useless for me. Ensure that no other apps, including the Prodigy app or any third-party apps related to bed control, are running in the background on your device. These apps may interfere with the Bluetooth connection to your bed, you do not need to delete the apps from your device, but they should not be running in the background while attempting to connect LP Adjustable Bed Control to your bed. 2. Operating the remote on some beds will prevent the bed from showing up in Bluetooth scans for up to 1 minute after the remote was last used. Ensure that no remotes or other devices are actively in use with the bed before pairing. 3. Not all control boxes are compatible with the LP Adjustable Bed Control app. Our app only supports Low energy BLE control boxes.
