## What is LP Coach?

LP Coach is the coaching companion app for LP Methods, a personal nutrition coaching practice. It puts the coach's entire day on iPhone and iPad:

• Today — a daily workbench with member stats, focus items, and momentum wins
• Clients — the full member roster with goals, targets, check-ins, and progress
• Calendar & Prep — upcoming consultations and a dedicated prep workspace
• Leads — new inquiries from the website, tracked from first contact to active member
• Messages — the client conversation inbox
• Meal Builder — build and adjust personalized meal plans with food swaps and macro balancing
• Foods — a searchable food database
• Billing — invoices, payments, and outstanding balances

LP Coach is built for LP Methods coaching staff. A coach account is required to sign in — clients use the separate LP Methods member app.
