Ever since going to beta, the app is worse. The progress meter for current laser jobs gets stuck and stops progressing. Sizing items with preview seems to have a justification issue now. Usually when using the preview square it would be centered every time. Now it seems to justify to one side or the other.

I recently purchased the Laserpecker 2.  After spending well over $1000 you would think the app would be of quality as well.  Let me say I really love my engraver! But, the app is always crashing. I have had jobs where I needed to repeat the engraving on several pieces and literally had to exit out and swipe closed the app and reload from the beginning every time.  I would recommend this product but would make aware of the aggravation with the app.

since the latest update, the third axis add on will only etch up to 100 mm in length. before the update, i had the ability to etch up to 2000 mm in length. fix this.

This app was working perfectly until 1.2 when the page views are all messed up on the iPad.  For instance, can’t type/enter into the width and height because of the overlay from the other buttons

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.  I am having so much fun and I can create my designs again and again.  The software runs great on my Apple phone.  I’m in love!

The laser is much faster than the original LaserPecker, but other than how to hook up the wires, the “manual” that came with it didn’t tell you much about how to operate it - and then when accessories finally came, no instructions on how to use the Bluetooth switch or how to flash the firmware. YouTube videos are pretty much just an ad /commercial for the device - they don’t tell you HOW to do certain projects; just show them doing it, or rather, doing PART of it, and then the results. I’m STILL waiting for them to help me with connecting my LaserPecker2 to my computer - I’ve emailed them on 3 different occasions, and even when I sent then screenshots of what I was seeing and the error messages, all they told me was where to download the program (which takes forever and a day, even with a high speed connection). When I told them I already HAVE the program and that it is looking for a code to connect via Bluetooth (again, showing them the error screenshots), they give me the site address to download it, and I haven’t heard from them since. How about some support????

Works great functionally but doesn’t “save” your scans to use again and again. Or at least it’s not clear where they go. You give a file name to everything but it doesn’t seem saved anywhere in the app to pull up and reuse on another job.
