The email never was sent. I tied to have it sent multiple times with no luck. So the app is unusable. Yet the developers have done nothing about it. Can’t create a profile nor can track via Apple health. It easily communicates with the app, and works consistently. Constant error message “Network Abnormality;” 3). No method of contact developer, We Keep Together, Ltd. No problem with connecting meter via Bluetooth, but no instructions on how to do so are provided. Record keeping via the App is what I want to do.
