Sign in issues, the menu is different every time you use it, when it finally works you get pop ups for notifications you don’t have enabled. Appears to be cobbled together between an app and a web based window. Some days it’s completely unusable ### 1/5 — More annoying than helpful. *2026-06-17* This technology and the intelligence you gather from it has major potential. However, the app itself is horrible. It signs you out randomly, you can’t go back, many of the features are useless. Hopefully they make this app useful one day as it could be a game changer. ### 2/5 — Sign-in Issues *2026-01-29* It’s really annoying that the app randomly signs you out when you’re trying to use it. Face ID doesn’t work still requires full log in. The multi-plate capture works well until a lower light condition occurs, then the capture rate is very poor. ### 2/5 — Randomly needs to fully signin *2025-05-16* Well, back to the problem the vigilant version of this app had years ago before adding the PIN, Which is, climb a ladder and then you open the app that worked 3 mins ago with Face ID, now wants your full login. Glad to see the app when it does work loads everything faster, has my geofencing locations and is smaller in size than the older vigilant version but less stable. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2025-01-10* Same great functionality with an updated skin. I love the auto rotate screen on the multi plate scan feature.
