Please fix this is a big issue ### 1/5 — Bluetooth is completely unreliable *2024-06-05, version 1.0.15* This is the most frustrating expensive and unreliable pedal I have bought. The Bluetooth constantly drops out if you stand to far away and the latest firmware update for the Bluetooth module says it cannot detect pedal even though it was connected prior to starting. This pedal is going up for sale. Followed the instructions, showed code “0000”, never paired and app would just spin or crash. Had to google how to unpair and reset connections, then finally connected to phone. Then, followed the instructions on making a voiceprint, only to get a forever spinning wheel on the last step, gave up after 30 min of waiting. ### 1/5 — Worked for about 10 min *2020-11-21, version 1.0* Set it up, started to cycle through my guitars and saving presets. Voiceprint feature is useless and sounds like trash. After a few presets saved, all volume out of the acoustic DI failed. Don’t waste your $ ### 2/5 — Buggy, hangs while checking for updates *2025-04-25, version 1.0.15* Havent been able to get it to update the Voiceprint DI box. It hangs for an hour until i reboot the iPad. ### 2/5 — It’s a Start *2021-06-03, version 1.0.7* Well…the Voiceprint DI concept is great. Being able to mimic the sound you hear, via your mic and software is a great idea. It isn’t as true to life as I’d hope. I am using it for a violin. I’m terribly disappointed the app is ONLY available in iOS. I’m sooOOOooo frustrated the pedal (stompbox) has no bypass button or switch. Thanks! The app is great aside from the fact that it sometimes freezes or refuses to connect, requiring a restart. I still give it four stars because it’s quite intuitive and easy to use, allowing me to dial in the sound I want with relative ease. Improving the reliability of this app would make it five stars. ### 4/5 — Good but has some quirks *2021-10-06, version 1.0.10* The app does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Paired very quickly. However, I wish there were some easier tutorials for the EQ settings. Sometimes it’s very difficult to find those harsh nuances without seemingly needing an audio engineering degree. Overall works fantastic! ### 4/5 — Great App - Always room for improvement *2021-04-16, version 1.0.6* The Voiceprint and the Acoustic live app are taking acoustic live sound to the next level. The app and pedal take a little getting used to but once everything is understood then the options of different sounds open up very quickly. I would recommend using your own mics instead of the iPhone mic. This can be done with USB audio from your interface through the apple camera adaptor kit. The parametric eq is a fantastic feature that is just as important as the IR ability. However, would like to see shelf options as well as slope options for HP and LP filters if possible. Looking forward to the addition of a compressor in future updates. Doesn’t have to be multi-band as long as it comes with a variable HPF to let some low end through first then I’d be very happy.
