The app is cool, but I can’t get the second menu to come up and it just refuses to. It’s random sometimes I’ve done all the stuff I’ve deleted the app. I reset the phone everything it just refuses to pull up the other menu. I just keep getting a fine menu.

I messed around and found the issue. I’m working on iphone, and the eq type menu where you choose between peak, shelves, etc. only comes up when the point is between 500hz to 1khz. When the point is outside of that frequency range, only the “fine tune” menu comes up.

Too bad, but this app keeps crashing using garage band on my iPad and then when I reinstall it the presets that I spent hours saving all disappear.

**Developer response:** We haven't had any other reports of LRC7 crashing. It would be very helpful if you could contact us via the link at http://neonsilicon.com/about.html and provide us with details about the crash. It would help us to track down issues to know the operating system version and device type as well as the type of track you were using LRC7 on in GarageBand.

### 4/5 — Can’t access menu for points

Hey there seems to be a problem with opening the menu for changing the type of EQ you want for each point. Previously I was able to hold my finger on a point to pull up the menu, now that only pulls up a different menu and I can’t figure out how to access the other one, it pops up sconce in a while though. Was something changed? Because if so the new way to do it isn’t intuitive.

Other than this I’ve loved using this in GarageBand and I hope everything is fixed soon

**Developer response:** There haven't been any recent changes to LRC7 and current testing doesn't show any issues with the filter selection menu. If you contact us via the link on our website we may be able to resolve the issue you are having by getting more details.

To change the filter types make sure you click EXACTLY over the point. If you’re just barely outside of it with your finger, it’ll bring up the “fine” menu

This EQ works really well in GarageBand. I typically use Logic, but when I have nothing but my phone using GB with this and other plugins is a good alternative.
