## What is LRHMC Patient Portal?

Lakeland Regional Health is committed to helping individuals and families take an active role in their health.
The Lakeland Regional Health mobile app offers easy access to your health care information.  Once you create your account, you simply sign into the mobile app with your username and password. Once you log in, you can access your patient health record including laboratory results and information about health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents.
If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit www.mylrh.org/patient-portal and click on the LRH Medical Center Patient Portal for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record.

Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.

Don’t know what the previous reviewer was looking at, but this is the app for Lakeland Regional Medical Center.  When I sign in, all of my info is there.  I’ve only used the app a couple of times, so can’t review above for stars yet, but I do find it useful.
