The support staff has a habit of blaming all the problems with their software, on the user. Awful app...even worse support. Moved my business to inspectpoint. Can’t say enough good things about inspectpoint. Polar opposite of LSI. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing how we can improve. The version you're speaking of however was only a Beta version, precisely to identify these sorts of issues, so we could have them fixed in the full release.
