The app is plagued with bugs, glitches, and data loss when uploading. The support staff has a habit of blaming all the problems with their software, on the user. Awful app...even worse support. 

Moved my business to inspectpoint. Can’t say enough good things about inspectpoint. Polar opposite of LSI.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing how we can improve. The version you're speaking of however was only a Beta version, precisely to identify these sorts of issues, so we could have them fixed in the full release. Overall I love the program, and especially love the ability to utilize it on my phone, I cannot tell you how wonderful that is. I do appreciate the onsite Software LSI crews promptness in getting issues resolved as well as their communication with me the customer/field user. I'm so happy that the company that I work for uses this program.
