I suggest checking the system and following the right miles from travel to pick to drop off. If this continues, I’ll have to file a complaint since it has something to do with my money; please take this as a reminder before it escalates into a legal manner thanks. Also, drivers shouldn't have any assignments unless vouchers before the following day. If someone is close to the requested trip, let it be giving and not giving to someone far from the location because he cools people. I'm tired of seeing trips taken away from me. I'm out there 12 hours per day and 6 hours or more empty because people assign rides to others. Please let the trip request flow by itself once it is done by the app or a customer called the base. Too many accidents and unwanted tickets have been given because of it, and if it continues, LSN driver management is going to be fully responsible for driver accidents or driver muggins because of a lack of passenger information and with holding trips from drivers to have them out for longer.
