## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Needs an update

*2025-12-30, version 1.0.6*

Since upgrading to iPhone 17 my transit app has not displayed a QR code. Maybe the app should be updated more than once a year.

### 1/5 — Won’t load

*2024-12-01, version 1.0.6*

The app won’t load once logged into it and it just comes up with a blank page with two bags in the top right corner

### 1/5 — 1.0.6(2) broke the app

*2024-11-14, version 1.0.6*

On iPhone16 and ios 18.1 the app just shows a shopping bag icon top right on a white screen

### 1/5 — It doesn’t support the new iPhones when they come out

*2024-09-25, version 1.0.5*

No

### 1/5 — Horribly designed app

*2024-02-13, version 1.0.5*

Not very clear on instructions. Trying to put rides on the scannable card and end up with QR code rides that need to be activated. Even if I purchase passes on the LT card section it ends up on the activate QR section, then I’m constantly calling 311 to fix it. If I, as a millennial have issues with this app then pensioners probably struggle much more with it. I think the app should be re-designed to be much more clear and transparent.

### 1/5 — System issue

*2023-10-31, version 1.0.4*

I couldn’t watch the bus schedule.

### 1/5 — Me

*2023-09-29, version 1.0.3*

The whole system now sucks. App extremely difficult to use

### 1/5 — The app gives you the option to activate all of your rides in one session

*2023-07-16, version 1.0.1*

I find it confusing as to why the app gives you the option to activate all of your transit rides in one succession. I did this thinking I’d activate them and then I can use them whenever I pleased but it appears that’s not the case because I now hove 10 ACTIVE RIDES THAT EXPIRE IN AN HOUR. What kind of system is that? I get maybe it’s my issue for not reading but I feel like that option shouldn’t exist in the first place, because they automatically activate as you scan them on the bus. Don’t make the same mistake I made and don’t call the helpline if you do make this mistake because they won’t help you.

### 4/5 — QR code not showing up

*2026-01-11, version 1.0.6*

I noticed someone has the same issue as me, but I also just got an iPhone 17 and my QR code isn’t showing up. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone and still. I thought getting a new one would fix it as I was close to the end of that code anyways and still didn’t work. It works on my old phone still but I don’t want to carry two phones with me if I can just use the one.

### 4/5 — Is this an update?

*2026-01-10, version 1.0.6*

I don’t know why the QR code isn’t showing when my pass is still active and valid. I changed phone to 17 pro yesterday, I can’t access the QT code.

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — Easy to use

*2024-02-24, version 1.0.5*

The app works fine and easy to use
