Because when you’re scrolling and tap on an item to look at the hit back instead of returning where you were it refreshes back to the top of the page every time. Making it a little stressful to use this app. ### 3/5 — Out of order *2026-08-02, version 5.66.0* There should be an option to sort posts by date. I tried to use it today to save multiple items; only for none of them to be saved. And when you leave the app for a second (when I’m actually just trying to save the look) it will take you all the way to the top and you have to start all over again. The product panel at the bottom blocks the video, so it’s hard to even see the full outfit anymore. I also expected tapping the video would hide the UI, but it just pauses the video instead. It was easy to put in my measurements and find a creator who was similar to me. I could easily find new outfits. This latest version is now too much like other social media apps and took away what was special about LTK. I can’t easily input my measurements to get someone similar to me and can’t easily find outfits without watching try on videos with incessant talking and spinning to show off outfits. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-07-07, version 5.62.1* I used to love the LTK app; however, the user experience has gone significantly downhill in the last several months. The app crashes any time I use it, whether I’m scrolling through saved posts, my home page, or simply trying to visit a creator’s page. When the app does manage to stay open, there are typically some serious latency issues, with the screen lagging and getting “stuck” when I try to scroll. I hope they can get to the bottom of these issues, as they significant detract from the user experience. ### 1/5 — Keeps Crashing *2026-07-07, version 5.62.1* This app crashes every time I open it or every time I try to follow someone. Which is so frustrating because the people I follow on Insta use this app and can’t really have everything in one place if this app just doesn’t work. I don't know which one to click anymore. I've been "saving" posts for months and I never have access to them. Can't find them anywhere. So now I have to click both the heart and bookmark tabs or else it's lost?? Just have one and call it a day.
