It’s an unchallenging way to indicate which side/direction the bus is going. ### 3/5 — Useful but not visually clear where the buses are *2024-01-17* Hello, overall a good app, a could of points: 1) The bus arrow location on the map is the same colour as the line and stops; very often the arrow gets hidden underneath other graphics. > Suggestion: make bus location arrow either larger, a different colour, or figure out a way to follow any bus. 2) Hovering over the bus does not give the same good info as online, instead you select a desired bus stop. > Match website as much as feasible. 3) Certain bus routes on map and website do not match, only small details but still as a bus user, I would entrust the app to be correct. Remember that people are paying for this if they wish to remove ads. At present I cannot warrant paying even a small amount for something slightly disfunctional. It’s just a map with buses floating around but no way to tell when they are going to be somewhere so it’s basically useless this way. Today I missed my exam because the app showed that my bus was coming in 7 minutes while I was at the bus stop. Time goes by and I check the app agaib and it shows the bus has already passed me????? So as I’m walking back home the bus ACTUALLY drives by me. You may have to wait more than 40 minutes on the road. It's not unusual, and people in this city just seem to accept it, but it's the worst bus company I've ever had. This application is not aware of any delays or cancellations of buses. Whose fault do you think it is, lazy bus companies or stupid apps? ### 1/5 — Very Inaccurate *2022-11-28, version 2.6.5* The bus times on this app fluctuate way too much. According to the app, my next bus was supposed to arrive at 6:02, but then when I checked again a few minutes later the bus has already arrived at 5:47. I understand being off by a couple minutes, but 15? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. As someone who only takes the 19, 25, and 34– how am I supposed to differentiate between the slightly altered shades of brown? I have to zoom in so close and tap on the bus triangle icon in order to make sure it is the correct bus I’m tracking. No fuss. Just the basic realtime schedules. Set it up with the routes you want. Pick the stop. Get the times.
