С удовольствием открываю карты из новой колоды Моя Вселенная- это восторг. Картинки на картах такие смыслы и глубину открывают во мне. Отдельная благодарность за возможность смотреть историю раскладов и пояснений своих. Now gone. *2024-07-21* My whole life I have never been able to meditate and/or “clear my mind”. It has always been a struggle. My mind races and is go go go due to ADD. I truly thought meditation was impossible for me. Then I made the decision to try LU Cards for a week... In one of the first animations, they made a comparison that forever changed my profile caption of meditation. The message of that animation is that meditation isn’t about clearing your mind it’s more so about NOT getting fixated on a thought or emotion... Basically going down the rabbit hole. It’s about creating distance from thoughts and emotions. Through that distance comes clarity and peace. I truly love this app... It has helped bring to a great sense of mindfulness. ### 5/5 — This app is life changing! *2024-07-21* I started out with the LU Cards episodes on Netflix and it inspired me to download the app, and it’s worth every penny! I realized I struggled a lot with insecurities and anxiety but after a few weeks of meditating daily I realized that there were deeper feelings causing those issues. It really helped me discover, cope with, and emotionally evolve to deepen my self love and my relationships with others. I am a more balanced, happier person and a lot of my frequent mood swings and frustrations have lessened dramatically, I am able to let things so easily and be at peace. I most certainly will be a life long meditator thanks to this app! ### 5/5 — For those who love nature.... *2024-07-20* This app is underlaid with a perfect background blend of sounds from nature: non intrusive birdsong and stream sounds blend together to help you focus on being on your own island of peaceful harmony so you can relax and be mindful of the present moment you are experiencing rather than worrying about ongoing & future fears and dilemmas. The stories are wonderful from gifted voice actors and the daily LU Cards (meditation) from Tamara is a fantastic way to begin your day feeling relaxed and positive. “LU Cards” is a true gift for anyone having a tough time with everything challenging this year of 2020 has brought to us all. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this place of sanity in these difficult times. ### 5/5 — Sleep stories!! *2024-07-20* I’ve struggled with falling asleep for most of my life, where it sometimes takes hours. I do have bouts of not being able to sleep at all. I’m not sure how this will do during those more intense times, BUT the sleep stories have knocked me out twice now and that is a MIRACLE. I love the celebrity stories and how well they tell them. I’ve always been one to hyper focus on my thoughts or get lost in my day dreams or an annoying sounds so I never thought a sleep story would work, but I realized when I started to fall asleep during a lecture (while I was in my bed) that if I try to focus on something kinda boring I might be able to pass out ? helps my mind not hyper focus! I’m still in the 7 day free trial so it doesn’t hurt to try!! ### 5/5 — Very Satisfied *2024-07-20* I had been wanting to start meditating and wasn’t sure where to begin. While telling a friend this, she told me her holistic physician had suggested that she try the LU Cards App. I downloaded the app and began my Journey with LU Cards. It was a stressful time in my life. I wasn’t sleeping well and my thoughts were going so fast through my head. I used the sleep stories in those nights I had a hard time falling asleep or when I’d wake up and couldn’t go back to sleep. The sleep stories were very helpful. I also started meditating 10 minutes a day. There are a wide variety of meditations even on the free version. The app also helps keep you informed on how often you are using the App. There are specialists in different fields that do informative series. I could see how I was using my skills that the App taught me to help keep myself LU Cards and present through the day, so I subscribed for the year. This opened up even more features. You have nothing to loose by trying LU Cards and everything to gain. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2024-07-20* When I had major anxiety I used this and it helped me so much! Now I use it for daily check ins and sleep. Also they have physical fitness and yoga stuff. My favorite teacher is the incredible Jeff Warren. Check it out. You can do a month free so you know what you are getting . It’s very reasonably priced w less than 10 bucks a month . I use it everyday to center myself and feel good about my journey . It's a 5-star experience! ### 1/5 — Пробная 7-дневная версия не работает! *2023-12-10* Первый раз сталкиваюсь с тем, что после приобретения пробной версии, в приложении не появляются новые функции. Обращение в поддержку ничего не дало - отвечают поздно, и спустя больше недели моя проблема так и не решена! Очень жаль, что так и не смогла протестить приложение, чтобы решить, покупать ли полную версию. ### 2/5 — Видно только рубашку карт *2025-02-02* При нажатии и других предлагаемых манипуляциях картинка не появляется, не открывается. Карта остается вверх синей рубашкой в клетку, в том числе и в колоде, которая вроде как бесплатная. Итого - даже одна в день карта не переворачивается.
