I just cannot believe the audacity of having me order this off Amazon and NEVER mentioning a $9.99 a month fee in order to gain remote access. That is literally the entire reason I bought this ridiculously expensive lockbox. Like, just stop it. Seriously stop it. Who in the actual heck would willing pay $10 a month when every realtor under the sun can get a Supra for peanuts ??? I was going to use this for an air bnb but 100% returning. Stupid. Just all around absolutely stupid.

the booking links for the phone experience needs to be revamped IMMEDIATELY. logos at the top are stretched. the property info doesn’t move so it’s extremely difficult for applicants to fill in their information. please fix this asap

I’ve been using this app to manage my rentals on the go. There’s lots of improvements recently. I love to be able to glance at my property access status on my phone.
