The face recognition doesn’t work most of the times and the app needs password for every device ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2025-08-02, version 2.29.0* Due to being a Kaiser mental health provider i have to use this app. It’s really slow, it shuts down often and won’t save the progress i make. When i discharge clients and want to take them off my roster i am able to do one or two and then it lags or gets stuck. I have to shut it down and restart it again. I just spent two hours re-writing an assessment from scratch because the app shuts down. It’s quite frustrating and angering. ### 2/5 — App hard to access *2024-12-01* It has a glitch. When I try to open the app it logs me out. It has become even harder now that each device needs to be authenticated. Very time consuming. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2023-07-19, version 2.22.1* It usually works, but often enough it does not work, usually not allowing a new assessment when one has already been sent out, but not completed. Today, it said it required an update to work, but the App Store did not seem to offer an update, as the blue button next to Lucet only said “Open.” Thankfully after I emailed this to Lucet they got back to me quickly, saying you have to click on the app image to get to the “Update” button. Annoying, but it seems to work again. ### 1/5 — All clients’ info is disappeared. *2023-01-19, version 2.22.0* It wiped everything off, all gone, except my profile. ### 1/5 — Waste *2023-01-19, version 2.22.0* I only see one patient and when I try to search for my other patients, the app kicks me out. What’s the point of Having an app where we can’t even use, it waste of space and time.Now I have to go on my desktop. ### 1/5 — Terrible Interface *2022-09-20, version 2.19.0* This is an absolutely terrible app to use anywhere outside of desktop/laptop. It takes FOREVER to load after you do anything in the app, and it doesn't allow you to make appointment changes. Also, you get booted off randomly and sometimes need to redo the entire assessment once you log back in. Really needs to be improved! ### 2/5 — Not user friendly *2021-04-22, version 2.7.0* Need major improvements ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2020-06-26, version 2.0.0* This is a truly awful app that is excruciatingly painful to navigate. Worse yet, their customer service is literally nonexistent. As a Kaiser provider I have no choice but to use this time-consuming, counter-intuitive app that is so awful that I have stopped taking new Kaiser patients. If there was an award for “least user-friendly application” Tridiuum would surely receive it. ### 1/5 — Problems with saving client info *2020-01-30* I have a few clients and only one of them has the saved information from assessment. The rest of them, well, the little line keeps going around in circles and then I get an error little window. It’s been months and i cannot save information.
