So far so good. Low-key love that I can check my readiness / sleep / cardio fitness like…. quickly. App is simple, and better for it. Has been very accurate so far. I check my fitness score here now instead of Strava cause this is actually measuring something.

Such a helpful tool for checking in with how I’m feeling before a long run or bike ride. I’ve been checking my readiness score to make sure I’m not pushing too hard when I need to recover. As a busy mom balancing training, work, and family, it gives me quick insight to show up my best.
