## What is Lucid Care?

Lucid is your AI-powered mental health assistant, designed to deepen your understanding of your own mental health. With Lucid, you’ll receive personalized insights based on your unique data profile. You’ll have ready access to clinical-grade data that you can easily share with your clinician – your Data Advocate for treatment.

WHY LUCID CARE?
Mental health can be difficult to put into words. Traditional treatment is often subjective, stigmatized, and feels like a black box. Lucid was created to bring clarity to this process, making it easier to understand your mental health and take control of your journey.

HOW DOES LUCID WORK?
Lucid helps you self-monitor your own mental health and uncover new patterns.
Our check-ins are research-backed, inspired by dozens of peer-reviewed articles and 100+ interviews with clinicians on what matters for mental health and treatment.
We help you think about your own mental health with a different framework and surface personalized insights that can help shape behaviors.

HOW DOES IT CONNECT WITH MY CLINICIAN?
We found that 85% of patients in mental health treatment struggle to communicate with their doctor. This makes it harder for clinicians to figure out how treatment is going and what’s working or not.

Our app lets you export your data in a clinician-friendly way to give your clinician a better understanding of how you’ve been doing and to empower you with more transparency. If you’re not in treatment, you can still download those reports and learn more about yourself!
