I find that it helps me a lot when I do frequent checkin to reflect on my own mood and stress level. This helps me to recognize my emotions and so I can work on it. It’s like talking to someone who cares for me that I can trust.
I’ve shared this app with my friends hope this helps them out too

This app has helped me notice trends in my mood and mental health. With this app, it has picked up on trends such as working out, drinking, socializing and how these activities effect my mood for that day/week. The daily check in process is quick and user friendly. No learning curve necessary to start using the app and to pick up on its helpful trends

Using this app has helped me become more self aware of how my mood, emotions, and energy shift not only day to day, but the app provides analytics to see changes overtime. The journal feature also provides a chance for me to reflect on the day before going to bed, recording what event may have impacted differences in my other indicators. The app design makes it easy to use, and I like how I can choose what I want to track. Overall, I’d recommend using this app if you’re searching for medically-backed ways to better manage your mental health.
