1. The reality checks don’t show in the watch as advertised. They’re just a notification that shows the name of the app and the logo IF you turn the screen on. Nothing about jumping or turning the lights on. Nothing 
2. The watch app doesn’t have any settings to adjust the notifications. It actually doesn’t do anything on the watch.
3. There’s not troubleshooting for bad functioning
4. Nobody answers the chat support
5. There’s not settings for REM sleep alerts. duration, volume or haptic type. It just says “enable”
6. Plenty or dream journals have the option to record voice. This doesn’t
