I haven’t got to completely listen to the audio because every few seconds while I’m trying to fall asleep listening to the audio, my phone shuts off and the video stops playing, can you make it to where the video keeps playing even after your phone turns off?

I’ve been trying to lucid dream for about six months, without any success. In fact, I have a difficult time even remembering my dreams. Case in point, I can count on one hand how many dreams I’ve recalled since working on this endeavor. Prior to this, I recalled on average one dream, if that, per year. 

I downloaded this app after waking up at 5am unable to sleep and immediately had a dream. I fell asleep listening to the short induction/ending in sleep track. Although not lucid, it was vivid and I remembered it upon waking up (a small miracle!) so I was able to journal about it. I’m hopeful that this is the first of many dreams I’m able to recall and that I’ll be able to lucid dream soon.
