I have been using this app for a while now and I think it has been working...I have definitely had more dreams and have also had more realistic ones too, but what are the instructions? Do I listen to the one I desire before bed? Do I listen to it IN bed? What if I want to listen to all of them at once? I’m just not sure what I should be doing. Please help. I hoped to gain lucid dreaming from this experience but was given a different kind of experience instead. I used the Realistic Dream option for one night and genuinely had one of the most recallable and realistic dreams of my life. I woke up and was genuinely confused on whether I was still dreaming. I continued through the week still using Realistic Dream and had the same experience each time. No other option did it for me like this one.
