I can’t clean anything with this app, I tried talking to Siri and everything!

**Developer response:** Hello, we’re so sorry our cleaning tool didn’t work at all even after you tried using Siri and other ways.
Our dev team is fully troubleshooting the storage clean function to fix all malfunctions in our next update.
If you want a full refund for your subscription, share your transaction receipt with our in-app support team, and we’ll handle your refund right away.
We will add clear operation instructions inside the app soon to avoid similar troubles for users.
