I’ve emailed Lucid twice about an email verification issue and haven’t received a response either time. If customers can’t even get help with basic account issues, that’s a pretty disappointing experience. I have a funded account that I’ve been trading on but now for the past week I haven’t been able to sign into my account on Lucid due to an email verification issue. I haven’t received a code from them to verify my login and when I do it’s past the 10 min time limit so I need a new code. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I trusted lucid a couple months ago and it’s very disappointing to see their firm execute this way. I don’t want to call them scammers because my account was close to a payout but this is not how a prop firm should run.
