I love how they dev wants to help with lucid dreaming, so far I’ve only had the app for 3 days and the alarms only went off on one day which I couldn’t get any sleep. For clarification it was just my body not wanting to sleep but the other night I didn’t hear a single thing. I may be doing something wrong but I hope I can get some LDs. :)

Like “Nikol you are in a dream”  repeat it several time and turn off

The 30 second one goes for like 12 seconds, and you have to have your ringer off and the volume up, I have never actually woken up to this app yet. I love the concept!!

trying to get in the void state but i keep falling asleep in the process so i downloaded this to help. turns out it doesnt help me wake up lol

i understand making/getting rights to play certain sounds can be hard these days but the alarms on the app are either really loud and scare me awake or too quiet, love the app and developer thoigh!!!
