I installed the app and found that I must be a paid Team or Enterprise user to use it. I was considering paying for Lucid’s Individual plan because I really liked the service however, I don’t like how the web page works on my mobile devices. Because I do not have access to the app as an Individual user, I’ve decided not to subscribe to Lucid and will be choosing a different solution that allows the use of their App at a reasonable price. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work unless enterprise *2026-05-28, version 4.0.9* As a paid individual user you can’t use the app. Not sure why developers don’t allow access to paid users ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-05-16, version 4.0.8* This application is a waste of time, unfortunately. It is free. When you download it, you are asked to create an account. After doing so, you are informed that the app is only for teams.
