Please review the app and also the website. It kept directing me to the app but couldn’t do anything with it.

It sounds like you may have been running into a current limitation of our app: it's primarily designed for users who have already set up filespaces on a desktop device. Once those are created, the mobile app allows you to easily access and work with the data within them. We are, however, actively working on adding more features and capabilities to the mobile experience!

If you already have an account and active filespaces but are still having trouble accessing the functionalities within the app, please reach out to us directly at product@lucidlink.com. We'd love to help you get this resolved.

We recently released the iOS app and are actively working on adding more functionality. Please note that the app is currently intended for existing LucidLink users who have already provisioned filespaces and added data. Its primary use case at this stage is to provide mobile access to that data. We're also working on adding the ability to upload files directly from your device in future updates.

It requires to set up your workspace and filespace from the web app on desktop. You can then upload files from iOS. I love uploading in the background while I’m at an event. And editors can start workin from a different city right away. It’s like magic

I work on a marketing team and for me having mobile access to the folders where the editors and designers work is game-changing. We already have been using LucidLink on desktop which is really where the majority of the work happens. The iOS app is just a nice convenience!
