I’m surprised Apple allows these kinds of apps into the store to begin with. ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-04-23, version 1.1* I was referred this app by a random woman on Tinder. She told me she couldn’t speak English well and to download this app so we can speak. When I downloaded the app and tried to message her but it wouldn’t allow me. I found out that it’s membership only. You cannot message anyone without first paying a subscription. She instantly blocked me when I asked her if she owns the app and is actually just trying to market it. App if filled with bots. ### 1/5 — Straight up scam *2021-04-10, version 1.1* It charges you to 15$ to speak to someone then charges you 40+ more to translate messages. If you are approached online by someone who is foreign to the states, says they aren’t good with English and asks you to use the app. IT IS A SCAM. and I’m sure the 5 star ratings are fake ### 1/5 — Scam App! *2021-02-18, version 1.1* I actually knew about this app when I matched with this Chinese Girl on tinder! She said this app does translation and easy for her to text. I then downloaded the app and when I tried to send a message, it’s asking me to pay for it and it looks so fake. Glad I didn’t pay the money. Don’t use this app! ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT *2021-01-22, version 1.1* Let me guess: a beautiful Chinese woman on a dating app really wants to talk with you without the language barrier. Sound familiar? You can't activate the translation without paying the $70/mo package. You can't even respond to a message without paying $15/mo. Other than that, this app is seriously one of the lowest quality apps I have ever used. This app is a scam because it is growing through catfishing. ### 1/5 — Scam Beware *2021-01-07, version 1.0* Be careful, this is a scam. They meet you on a dating app tell you they are in the same city and want you to use this app to talk because they can’t speak English and the app is supposed to translate. Waste of time and scamming people for in app purchases. Wonder why nobody has reported them before ### 1/5 — This app is just a scam. *2020-12-25, version 1.0* Met some Chinese lady on tinder, only to have her send me this app to talk to her better as it would translate her language into English and vice versa for me. Instantly I could tell this was a bogus app. It’s definitely fake. But here’s the kicker. Before you can actually reply back to someone, you have to pay for a membership. I just uninstalled and blocked the lady. But if for some reason I’m wrong and this app isn’t a scam, which I’m 99.9% sure it is, it’s the most poorly made app I’ve seen and I would still Give it one star. ### 5/5 — Scam *2021-08-30, version 1.3* This is a scam, and I figured the only way y’all would see this is if I put 5 stars. It deserves 0 stars. I was interacted with on Hinge but I saw just about all dating sites where used.
