Terrible app.You can’t actually speak to customer service. It gives you all these options. But nothing about the issue you’re having. Don’t waste your time or money. I tried to redeem some winnings, a whole $67. Actually $75 but there’s a $7 processing fee. 2 days later they’re still holding on to my money. I guarantee I have paid to play way way more money than I’ve ever won to cash out. They play so many games on their customer service chat, you don’t ever really talk to anyone. So disappointing. I played this game and paid to play every single day. I cannot play with this app anymore. What would be the point. If you win, they won’t let you cash out. If they hold your winning it says “under review” you can’t redeem any winnings while there is already winnings under review. So basically you’re stuck in limbo until they decide to release your whole $67. They suspended my account because they suspected “unusual activity” on my account but I played the game fair. There was still money on my account and now I can’t log in. ### 1/5 — Complete scam game *2026-04-03, version 1.1.0* This game is a copy and paste from a half dozen other apps. Lucky Duel, Cash Avalanche, Jackpot Heist and lots of other apps have the same code. Same interface, same scam system. They give you free coins to start. You win up to $30. You have to have $35 to cash out. You’ll never get to $35 without buying that much. Once you are at the $35 payout amount they’ll ask for identity proof. They want your drivers license and a picture of you. They’ll give you errors saying they have to check the balance or the tax liability needs to be checked. You’ll never actually get money from these scam apps. I only downloaded them because the Copper app gave me points for them. I’m not sure why Apple allows these scam apps at all. And the 4.6 star ratings are obviously bots. It’s crazy. Don’t lose money to these scammers. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2026-04-03, version 1.1.0* Lost everything. It won’t let me log in. So I try creating an account and it says I can’t because my email is already registered. So I lost all the money I had and all the ladder purchases. EVERYTHING. And there is literally no way to contact them. They took a lot of VIP I earned and SC. So I opened a new account to contact them and they offered a full recharge rebate but now won’t pay it UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO THEIR LAME ATTEMPT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE I cannot get logged in to original account!!!!! You took all the money I earned during play and all the vip I earned as well as daily bonuses. I started a new account to try and reach you because I COULDNT GET LOGGED IN WVEN YHOUGH EVERYTHING WAS ACCURATE. YOU ARE CROOKS PLAIN AND SIMPLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONWY ON THIS APP. It lets you win when you’re new but not enough to cash out then it takes it all back.
