If you book a taxi and it get cancelled for whatever reason, you won’t get a refund. I called them multiple times and each time they said to wait to be transferred to the finance department but they came back saying they were unavailable. I emailed and they said my refund was processed but I didn’t receive my money. This went on for over 3 months. They said the bonus points you receive for booking taxis can be used to book again, lies! They don’t work! Avoid this app. To make it worse, most of their drivers are rude and their cars stink. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company used to be great, not anymore. ### 5/5 — Decent app *2024-07-10, version 36.3.0* The company is good, I pre book all my work taxis for the week and they always pick me up and get me to work on time, sometimes late picking me up to go home but I’d rather it that way around, just a couple of improvements to the app that I would like to see, firstly the option to edit time, date and/destination on pre booked rides without having to cancel and rebook, and also the option to tip your driver, otherwise I’m happy with lucky seven. ### 2/5 — App Brilliant, Service Awful *2024-06-17, version 36.3.0* One of the best apps I’ve used in terms of easiness of use for booking a taxi. However don’t expect it to find a driver for you, 3 taxis booked, a total of 1 hour waited, no driver found.
