I’ll use one of their competitors now. I’ll now remove the app from my phone. ### 2/5 — Rejects booking and takes money *2023-08-21, version 34.2.26* This has happend everytime recently when using the app, i will make a booking for about an hours time ahead, sometimes longer to give them enough notice, but i book it and they reject it straight away after the money has already come out of my bank. On the day the taxi didn’t even head off till 20 mins after he was meant to get us, got to us after when my important doctors appointment was mean to be. But the drivers are rude . The app itself doesn’t even track the drivers that have accepted the job but instead one near your area. So when you believe your taxi is on its way, most likely the taxi will disappear from the app if they have not accepted causing mass stress, confusion and irritation. The customer service of the workers behind the phone as well as the taxi drivers is moderate. However, their lack of consistency, intolerable punctuality and the inability to actually get to you or even send a simple text message is beyond disgusting. If you have plans or meetings I highly suggest you refrain from contacting this intolerable company. Even calling the company earlier to your plans would be the unfashionably late! ### 1/5 — Please recruit some professional drivers. *2022-06-26, version 33.5.35* I used lucky seven for last 2 years. Whenever they see people from other country they don’t respect. They started talking on phone throughout the ride. Making some disgusting comments. Missed my train costing me over £50 because these incompetent drivers are too lazy to show up. AND they had the NERVE to still take my money. If you book a taxi and it get cancelled for whatever reason, you won’t get a refund. I called them multiple times and each time they said to wait to be transferred to the finance department but they came back saying they were unavailable. I emailed and they said my refund was processed but I didn’t receive my money. This went on for over 3 months. They said the bonus points you receive for booking taxis can be used to book again, lies! They don’t work! Avoid this app. To make it worse, most of their drivers are rude and their cars stink. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. The fares are amazing and I never feel cheated or ripped off like other companies often do as you are sent a message in advance of what your fare will be.
