Even when I hit the max bet button by accident and lost 10 billion $ they researched my records and reimbursed it with a friendly note. It is definitely the best casino I play! Every time that get ready to add new game things go down hill and other games don’t play right, very choppy slow running and no wins. They set a pre bet according to your coins mine was 2 to 4 billion I’m very conservative and only bet 150 thousand in one week time they took all my winnings. I emailed customer support on aug 10 through aug 15th and as of today oct 10th I’m still waiting for a response from customer support. I never had this problem with customer support that end of the casino always impressed me, but all of a sudden games screwed up and no customer support to answer your issues. I would like for them to read my emails to them and give me a answer to my questions, but it’s not looking good. All I can say is up to a couple months ago it use to be a fun casino with decent payouts. It’s a shame I’ve watched top players play right out of the game.
