But this app is a nightmare, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It won’t let me add more than two items to the basket, it refuses to acknowledge discount codes specifically for the app. It’s just beyond a farce. Have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app just to make an order! Given up now as I can’t order what I wanted with the discount code! ### 1/5 — App is unusable *2026-05-28, version 8.3* Absolutely adore Lucy&Yak, have been a regular customer for years now, but the app for at least the past 6 months has been so slow that it’s become unusable. The app is incredibly laggy, freezes every time you scroll or click on to an item, and frequently shuts itself down. This is not just an issue I’ve experienced, my partner and others I know have also experienced the same issues on different phones, which deters us from continuing to look at Lucy&Yak pieces.
