Lucy and Yak is like my soulmate! Everything I’ve ever wanted and all I’ve ever needed🥲 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING, EXPLORING WEBSITE IS SUPER EASY, AND OF COURSE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING! They look amazing and the quality is like no other! I never ever wanna get rid of my items 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I love this brand and the app is great. The only issue I have is that it won’t let me add anything to my wishlist, it just loads and loads and nothing happens! After deleting and reinstalling it hasn’t fixed, hopefully an update can fix this

The app is great. The website too. The quality of material and its provenance is very attractive to me. When I needed customer service I received a fast, friendly & positive response.

It’s become increasingly clear in recent years that Lucy & Yak don’t care as much about customer satisfaction as much as they used to. The app seems a bit pointless and has multiple issues, despite the brand trying to insist that every customer use it. You often can’t use rewards vouchers at the same time as other offers, despite the app treating discount codes and voucher codes separately. I have just had a very difficult experience trying to use a points voucher as well as a discount code that ultimately lost L&Y business because I gave up on the offer and just bought a t-shirt and no additional items. The fact that rewards points can’t be refunded once transferred into vouchers is really irritating when using these vouchers becomes so frustrating that I want to give up on them. Additionally the ‘drops’ of popular items are always chaos and the larger sizes tend to go out of stock far faster, despite the brand never seeming to adjust stock levels accordingly to prepare for this. When expressing frustration with these systems on social media, the brand tend to delete comments or not approve posts, suggesting they have an awareness of these issues but don’t intend to fix them in any way. Not to mention that products are becoming more expensive whilst declining sharply in quality. I love the Lucy & Yak items I own, but I feel really discouraged from buying more in the future. It would be so nice for the brand to actually listen to customers like they used to, instead of focusing solely on growth and opening new shops. It feels like they don’t really care anymore, and this app is a huge extension of that.

Amazing quality jeans, jumpsuit, T’s and dungarees. Funky, fresh and fashionable. True to size. Petite / Reg / Tall sizes available! Perfect for a a tall gal like me! A company with ethical morals and great customer service. Would recommend Lucy and Yak without question! Xx

Like other users, absolutely adore Lucy & Yak, been a fan since they started. But this app is a nightmare, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. It won’t let me add more than two items to the basket, it refuses to acknowledge discount codes specifically for the app. It’s just beyond a farce. Have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app just to make an order! Given up now as I can’t order what I wanted with the discount code!

Absolutely adore Lucy&Yak, have been a regular customer for years now, but the app for at least the past 6 months has been so slow that it’s become unusable. 
The app is incredibly laggy, freezes every time you scroll or click on to an item, and frequently shuts itself down. This is not just an issue I’ve experienced, my partner and others I know have also experienced the same issues on different phones, which deters us from continuing to look at Lucy&Yak pieces. 
Please look through this and aim for an update with bug fixes asap.

Love the store but on the app you can’t filter by sizes. If you click on “Bottoms” you only see the different types of jeans and nothing else, like skirts, shorts, non-denim pants. Sizing also is slightly inconsistent across the pants, one size in black denim will be way too large and have bad gapping while that same size in the pane pant but blue denim will be so small I can’t zip them.

I was persuaded to use the app to get a 10% discount, but it took an extra 20 minutes to pay because of the failure to load shipping costs and then deleting the order when I went to pay. Yes it worked eventually, but what a waste of time.

I love the brand.

I had an issue when checking out as the app would not let me amend my shipping option when logged in (I wanted delivery to store rather than my home address)
When I worked out a way of fixing this it the jumped straight to processing the purchase without my being able to review everything.

App confusing to use and find what you’re after and “Notify Me” hasn’t worked since launched. When asked about it they said they knew but what can you do? Notifications do work but only to promote their social media or remind you that you have out of stock items in your wish list that you should buy.

Easy to find things etc and get info, but ultimately a very buggy app that has errored a lot during checkout phase. Often crashes as I browse as well, which puts me off using it. Wish I’d just used the website, as it’s crashing stopped me getting my hands on what I wanted in the sale.

Love this brand and I’m happy they have an app. That said, the shopping experience is frustrating; you can filter by size, but not by what’s in stock. It’s a bummer to try and quick add so many things and find they are out of stock.

Came to opening day!!! Awesome! Also popped back on my birthday week, I had vouchers!!!! Was met by Akansha… what a doll!!! Had some reyakking to do and she sorted it out for me as I had never done it before, she was sooo sweet and attentive, an asset to your brand and ethos, the shop was beautiful, I got everything I wanted in the sizes I needed! Thankyou for this little slice of heaven in Exeter xxxxx

Just love everything to do with Lucy & yak clothing ,the style that come out all the time never gets boreing ,the fabric are so driffent ,the prices are good the quality is the best ,I shop mainly in the Cambridge lucky & yak shop and would just like to say the staff in there all go out off there way too help me & make me feel so chilled & alway happy to help running up & down the stairs to get the right size ,brilliant team your lucky to have amzing staff & I’m so lucky to have found lucky & yak at 60 years old I can dress with style thank you Suzie 🩷🌸🌼🤸‍♀️xx
