But each dress could use more description on the stretch and type of material. Otherwise the app is easy to use and navigate for purchases! However, I wish you could sort by color palettes as well. However, I accidentally ordered a different dress and cancelled the order immediately. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received any sort of refund for it and the customer service is absolutely horrible and has not been helpful at all. If you want to shop at a reliable place DO NOT order from here ### 1/5 — Do not order from here!! *2025-03-06, version 3.7.2* Lucy in the Sky provides cheap, low quality feeling dresses and has awful customer support. There is strategically no phone number and only an email to contact which takes DAYS to get a reply. They only refund you in store credit and never give you your money back. I ordered a dress with awful feeling material and a weird fit and tried to return it, only for them to send it back to me and refuse to give me even store credit. The cheap material on the inside of the dress was full of odd fabric lines that they decided to mark as “damaged” as if it was my doing. I did nothing but try on the dress, and take it right off because it was awful. Complete waste of $75. There’s also very few places to rate Lucy in the Sky so they can keep it a secret how many people are disappointed with them. Literally order anywhere else. ### 1/5 — Poor Communication *2025-02-13, version 3.7.1* I ordered a dress and it was UGLY, nothing like the picture at all and just completely hideous. I tried to return it and they made a huge mess over it. Leeza D was so rude to talk to and completely disrespectful towards me. Don’t order from here at all. Dresses are ugly and cheap and shein material. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM HERE *2025-01-13, version 3.6.0* If I could give this place 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service and terrible quality. My friend and I ordered two white dresses which came completely see through and so mini that they were unwearable, when we reached out to Lucy in the sky’s support team for a refund the best that could offer us was store credit. We had no choice but to accept the store credit and ordered two new dresses, which in the end costed us more than the original dresses, we had no other option but to pay for $40 usd shipping or $57cad, as well as $27cad in duties if we wanted to revive the dresses. Once received the dresses were such poor quality that the zipper would not zip up when on. Do not buy from here, because God forbid you dislike your dress all that will be offered to you is store credit. All 4 dresses also came with blue pen marks on them. In the end we spent $210 Cad on poor quality dresses that will never be worn. $210 Cad on dresses made of 100% polyester is ridiculous. Save your money and buy elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Scam company *2024-10-24* This is a scam company. They advertize chat support option on their website, but it actually never works. I tried to contact them many times within their working hours and no one ever answered. So the only option is email that they answer within 72 (!!!) hours and never solve any problem. You can send emails back and forth during a month and you will never get any help, they just pretend not understanding what you want from them in hope that you will simply give up. I made an order and in 5 min realized that it is a scam and that they will never return money to my credit card if I decide to return. So I immediately instructed them in chat to cancel my order asap, the auto response showed up saying that my message is received and they will take care of it. They have done nothing, they absolutely ignored my instructions and still sent the order. I already sent them 8 emails and their support is pretending not understanding what I am talking about. They just took my money and refuse to return. ### 1/5 — Dress *2024-10-16, version 3.4.0* I ordered a dress for my nephew’s wedding, back in the beginning September, the dress was a bit tight. So I sent the dress back to Luck and the Sky and that was way over a month ago! So far it shows that they have not received my return! I’m very upset about this!! ### 1/5 — they have let me down *2024-10-08, version 3.4.0* i ordered a dress on sep. 11, my confirmation email said it would ship october 4th, which was already cutting it close to when i needed it. (oct. 12) their website reassured it would be delivered in enough time and ive ordered before with no problems getting a dress on time. after not getting any email confirming my order had been shipped, i sent an email on the 5th. now today on the 9th, they finally responded saying the dress would ship in another 72 HOURS. $65 DOWN THE DRAIN. Shipping dates are completely inaccurate. I ordered one dress and was so excited to finally have a place that sold XXS dresses. However, when I ordered from them a second time, I paid extra for priority shipping to have it shipped within the 1-3 business days (since I had a wedding to attend) and it still hasn’t come. It says on USPS that they haven’t even received the item, so I know that it’s not USPS fault. On top of that, I’ve sent emails, DM’s, and live chats to get some answers, or even just a refund, and they aren’t even responding during their business hours. I feel that this is horribly unprofessional and so disappointing. ### 1/5 — 4 messages sent to costumer service, 0 responses. *2026-05-03, version 4.4.1* I bought two dresses for prom with the intention of returning one of them. One of my dresses shipped about a month ago so I knew I wouldn't be able to return it, as I knew the return policy was within 14 days of delivery. After my second dress arrived, I knew I would need to return it. However, after a vigorous search of the website AND the app, there was no option to generate a return label. I reached out to costumer service FOUR SEPERATE TIMES, and never heard a response from a single one. It is now past the 14 days and I am unable to return my dress and am now out 80 dollars, so thank you for that. I ordered two dresses on final sale for Valentine’s Day. My package was returned to sender. I asked what the process was to have it resent. They offered a refund and I asked is there another option so I can still get the dresses. They refused to answer. Kept sending the same auto messag. I honestly figured it must be a bot. I asked them to answer my question and was immediately met with a rude response. When I asked to speak to someone else they blocked me. I have screenshots of everything to prove it ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY HERE *2025-11-25, version 4.4.0* This company is horrible. They’re an online retailer and will ONLY issue refunds as store credit. They say they accept returns within 14 days and they’ll even pay for shipping and it makes you think ur good to go but at the end of their policy they say “refunds will be issued to store credit.” AWESOME.
