Por lo cual no recomiendo el producto ya q lo considero de muy baja calidad. Answer phone should be absolutely quiet room, like musician studio. Other wise cannot hear that at all. Spend hours for customer support, and got all non relative answers. Trying to get the ChatGPT to work on my glasses to ask a question is almost near impossible. Is there an updated version? **Developer response:** Dear valued customer, Thank you for reaching out to us and expressing your concerns, we apologize for any confusion you may have experienced To resolve your issue, make sure you have the Apple Shortcut app installed in your device. Now please follow these steps with your glasses * Press either of your glasses side buttons for three seconds until you hear a beep. * Say "Lucyd" after the beep, and you will hear the response "Hey, how can I help you?" * You can now ask your questions. Alternatively, you can also activate ChatGPT by: * Pressing the phone power button until Siri activates. * Saying "Hey Siri" followed by the command "Lucyd." We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. ### 2/5 — Low functionality *2023-11-02* The ChatGPT function does not operate as advertised. After creating a Siri shortcut with voice command on, you should be able to engage Siri via the buttons on the glasses, say the command word and have Lucyd access ChatGPT as your virtual assistant. This however does not work and you will be stuck in a short loop of “I’m working on that” followed by letting you know there was an error. The in-app text chat with ChatGPT is also non-functional and you will not get responses to what you type and submit. Aside from this, they are as close as you can get to Apple glasses as they have full Siri integration. They DO NOT however have real ChatGPT integration — and the chat got logos on the physical glasses and the app should be changed to reflect the actual functionality. These are at best Siri enabled Bluetooth audio glasses and at worst a very disappointing end-product falsely advertising chatgpt capabilities. Even in the tutorial videos on the Lucyd website where the Lucyd rep demonstrates the chat GPT functionality it does not work properly and the response to a different unrelated prompt plays (staging?) by mistake and he quickly closes it out. You should’ve done a better job of editing that out @ marketing team. **Developer response:** Dear valued customer, Thank you for your feedback regarding the ChatGPT feature. We apologize for the inconvenience. We've recently released an updated app version(v.1.7) that addresses these issues. Please update your Lucyd app to access improved ChatGPT functionality. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. ### 3/5 — The lucyd app is a money grab *2025-02-18* I don’t understand the point of this app I got the glasses connected them via Bluetooth and I can just open the ACTUAL chat gpt app that I already pay a monthly fee to use and talk to chat gpt directly and skip this app overall it just seems like a waste of money but the glasses are definitely great quality ### 4/5 — Spyglass Standard *2025-01-09* Very Nice!! Just received a few days ago, so still getting familiar with them, but so far, I’m happy with them. They do feel a little fragile, but hopefully I’ll be proven wrong in the long run. ### 4/5 — Lucyd Armor 4/5 *2024-12-29* The Lucyd armor are really great glasses. They definitely come in handy and are convenient. I only have two areas for improvement. The first might just be preferential or my head shape but their comfort on the side of my head and on my nose is only a 3/5. Just not very comfortable. The second thing is pretty frustrating; half the time they don’t stay connected and won’t reconnect until turned off and put back on the charger. I’ll turn them on and be listening to music on my way to work. I’ll pause the music while we have our morning meeting and then when I get to my workstation and press play, they won’t work. The ONLY way I’ve found to fix this is to turn them off, put them on the charger for literally just a millisecond, and then they will turn on and reconnect. A third thing that is minuscule and I actually don’t think needs adjustment but just important to note; I work in a loud environment and sometimes it’s too loud to be able to hear. But in my opinion that’s an environment issue, not volume of the glasses. They have responded with Disney experience and Amazon replacement reliability! When my frames are working properly the Smart Glasses are completely AMAZING!!! Although the battery last much longer than my RayBan MetaGlasses, I have to say the audio can use improving but when I am away from crowds the Lucyd Smart Glasses is perfect sound to work and listen to. I have to rate this 9 out of 10 with the last digit is to improve the audio so I can hear the sound clearly in crowds without others hearing what I am hearing. I think for future improvements Lucyd should consider the camera feature similar to RayBans Meta because NO one can tell that there is a camera which if I am at a store and there is illegal activity unfolding or if I get in an accident I can take photos or video to record the incident.
