We’ve added support for a new sport: athletics.

This update includes:

creating and managing athletics competitions,
athlete registration and withdrawal,
an overview of registered, unavailable, and unanswered athletes,
reminders for athletes who have not responded,
optional competition nominations,
an athletics-specific interface without floorball features such as player positions, jersey numbers, formations, or match statistics.

The update also includes minor design, stability, and usability improvements.
