I enjoy the game however it doesn’t let me spin the wheel 5 times for diamonds anymore and won’t allow me to change the theme to anything other than default which i hate because i love the different themes they offer.

Game is great but the app is poor. Every few weeks it just fails to load, Home Screen produces a spinning icon & then nothing. Really poor.  Pass & play should also have stats when playing profiles.

I like this game, online version is good to play. 

My game froze and I lost my game money, I requested customer service to refund my money and after being on chat with them for a long time, they responded that they need to escalate the issue and I need to stay which will take around 20-25 mins. I mean there was an easy solution, check my previous game and refund the money.

I absolutely loved this Ludo King game so much it became my nightly routine for a while, then for some reason it just glitched out and now will not open fully to play the game, it gets stuck in the loading phase. The Snakes and ladders never worked right the moves from the piece often did not match with the roll of the dice but I love it for Ludo so didn’t care much….please fix the glitch so I can play again. I would upload a short video if it helped but find no place to do that here…..please fix the game.

I’d say that dice rolls are not consistent on all players. Funny how you’re three ahead, and the next player gets three. Needs looking at.

For more than 2 weeks game is stuck on loading screen. Netflix support team is not doing anything to fix it, nor are the devs.

Do not play unless u enjoy loosing and being cheated….. im far from a sore loser but this game constantly gives the other players the exact number to get you out the game and u rarely get ur opponent out or win

This app is so much fun and I played it all the time, but for a few weeks now it has not been able to load at all. I have done all updates. If I delete the app to redownload it, I will lose all my progress. Have not been able to play it in a while.

The gameplay often feels too predictable, which takes away the excitement and fairness one expects from a game of chance and strategy. It becomes obvious at times when the game seems to “choose” a winner, making the outcomes feel pre-determined rather than random.

A particularly frustrating aspect is losing to new players who lack both the skill and strategy to play effectively. Despite their inexperience, the game seems to consistently grant them the exact dice rolls they need to progress or take out other players’ tokens. This gives an unfair advantage to players who don’t understand even the basic mechanics of Ludo, leaving more experienced players at a disadvantage through no fault of their own.

This imbalance ruins the experience for those who enjoy strategic gameplay, as it feels like effort and planning are undermined by arbitrary dice rolls favoring new or unskilled players. It would be much more enjoyable if the dice mechanics felt more balanced and unbiased, creating a level playing field for all users.

Overall, while Ludo King has the potential to be fun and engaging, its current mechanics can make it a frustrating and unfair experience.

All too often I can predict what an opponent will roll after I move, which results in having my piece captured. This is whether or not I have choice with my move. Pathetic I said!

I won’t play this no more, used to love playing it but as many are saying, 

1. The game knows who’s winning before the game even starts.

2. I can call out the next couple of moves, for example, you will get a number 6 whilst the openent is right by your base, 

3. The mechanical faults within the game are too much to ignore and play through, 

4. When trying to get your last one home, it’ll always take you down to the “number1” 

All in all, my outcome is that this games was once enjoyable but now I hate Ludo in general and will probably never ever play it again due to this!

Every single time I play online, I am met with a hacker. They constantly roll the exact number they need to send my token home. It’s not fun at all when I am constantly losing. Change it so hackers can’t win every single time. Ruins it for kids. 😡🤬
