## What is Ludo Mechanical?

Ludo Mechanical is the all-in-one player development platform for VES Boys Basketball — built to track what matters most on and off the court.

DESIGNED FOR COACHES
Get a complete picture of your program in one place. Track game and practice statistics imported directly from Hudl, monitor individual shooting workouts, manage academic eligibility, and see which players are putting in the extra work. Generate detailed weekly reports covering every data source — from TeamBuildR completion to college recruiting activity.

BUILT FOR PLAYERS
Own your development. Log your lifts, court time, and shooting sessions. See your current streak, shooting splits, academic standing, and fitness benchmarks. Check the team calendar, stay on top of your to-do list, and read the daily Ludo Prompt from your coaching staff.

FOR FAMILIES
Parents get a clear, simple view of their player's progress — eligibility status, activity this week, upcoming events, and team communication — without the noise of raw statistics.

FAN VIEW
• Public home screen — no login required
• Live season record (W-L), current streak, and VISAA state ranking
• Next Game card with date, opponent, home/away, venue, and Watch Live link
• Full game schedule with scores
• Embedded ves_mbb Twitter/X timeline
• Instagram link to ves_athletics
• Tap "Sign In" to access your account

ALUMNI ROLE
• Graduating seniors keep access with a dedicated Alumni home screen
• Career stats trophy case: PPG, RPG, APG across all seasons
• Season-by-season breakdown
• Log lifts and court time after graduation
• Team calendar, Ludo prompt, and own stats remain accessible

WEEKLY REPORTS (Coach/Admin)
• Export a Visual Dashboard — dark-themed HTML report with:
  - Game-by-game scoring chart
  - Stat leaderboards with bar charts for 8 categories
  - Shooting breakdown, recruiting pipeline, academic standing
  - Open in Safari and print to PDF

Calendar
- All-day & multi-day events — toggle for all-day, optional end date, spans multiple days on the calendar grid, "ALL DAY" badge in event rows
- Event detail sheet — tap any event to see full details (location, notes, stream link, intensity, time)
- Edit & Delete from detail sheet — coaches can edit or delete directly from the detail view
- Watch Live button — game events with a stream URL show a Watch Live button for all users (on the event card and Next Event card on coach dashboard)
- Stream notification — automatic push notification 30 minutes before tip-off when a stream URL is set
- Today button — appears in calendar toolbar when not on the current month, snaps back instantly
- Add to Personal Calendar — any user can sync all team events to their iPhone Calendar app (EventKit)
- None / Informational intensity — grey intensity option for Meeting, Film, Travel, and Other events that carry no physical load
- Removed Import Schedule CSV button
- Removed Opponent and Home/Away fields from game event form (use Notes instead)

Strength & Process
- Weekly lift tracking on Process Card — lifts now show as X/5 (Mon–Sun week, resets every Monday) instead of a monthly percentage
- Team Metrics strength section — rebuilt from TeamBuildR data to live weekly ActivityLog.lift stats showing Avg Completion for current week
- Process stats on player profiles — when a coach or admin taps a player from the roster, the stat bar now shows Shooting / Lifts / Court Time / Streak / Grade instead of PPG/TS/EFG/A/TO/PER
