FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR DO JOGO
Falta de respeito com o consumidor do jogo, entrar em contato com o suporte informando que está sendo prejudicado com a atualização do jogo, e o suporte simplesmente dizer que não pode nem compensar o transtorno é inadmissível, atualizar o passe da temporada e não poder atacar e nem se defender prejudicando as recompensas e não ter um suporte ou o entendimento do desenvolvedor com esse cliente é simplesmente patético!

O jogo não entra mais porque está em uma versão antiga, e até o momento não lançaram atualizações para iOS já tem 4 dias

The game is fun and has great gameplay, but the off-round boost system makes it feel unfair. For example, if my opponent gets the Astral Week hero boost, such as Oceanna, they can beat me even when I have 5 million battle power and they only have 3 million. That makes player skill and team progression matter much less than getting the right boost. If these boosts were better balanced, the game would be much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good game, but the off-round boosts need balancing to make matches fairer.

That’s not the same game!
The game they advertised is A lot different, I don’t know why do they do this, they act as if people are dumb well some of us really are but what’s up with this bs? First the president bs then games bs

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time, which is why I haven’t deleted it because I’ve invested so much time into it. This is one of those games when you’re going to lose the majority of time unless you spend money on the gems, boosts, coins, so on and so forth. You could be playing someone who literally just started but because they shelved out $100 plus for the spells and such, they’re going to win no matter what you do. It’s incredibly frustrating. Someone suggested there should be a way to prevent match ups between people who spend a lot and people and play a lot, but that isn’t going to happen.
