I just got the game and it’s amazing so you guys should make a second one if there is one.

Really addictive game but the only way to ever win at anything is to pay and pay for new upgrades and beasties.

If you like pay to win
It was fun until I realized it was AI controlled pvp. You have to pay to get anywhere with this game. Would have done a lot better if it were free to play 100%
This game is Pay to Win
I wrote a review for this game about a week ago but I see it hasn’t shown up. Strange.
Be warned. This game is the definition of pay to win. The power disparity between legendary heroes vs epic heroes is beyond fair. I am strictly a free to pay player for mobile games. I don’t mind grinding out units IF it is fair. I’ve been playing for a little over a week and I have only got ONE legendary and that’s from the guaranteed 50 gem gacha event. Guess what? If I go against anybody without any legendaries, I win 90% of the time. But guess what? If I go against anyone with more than 1 legendary, I lose 90% of the time. It gets even worse. There’s a system within the game that gives your units bonus stats whenever you upgrade cards you have even if you do not use those cards. Sounds fair right? Well, it doesn’t really matter if you are facing someone with multiples legendaries. I’ve had so many matches where I have 60%+ bonus stats compared to my opponent but if they have more legendaries, those stats don’t matter.
The gacha system is also extremely oppressive. I have not received 1 legendary from a random gacha even though I have pulled many packs through ads, free gems, or the “valor chest”.
UPDATE:
Increased the rating to 2 stars. I clawed my way up to arena 9 completely free to play. Earned some legendaries through the event chests. Still no legendary from valor chest and I have been opening all of them everyday. The game is a little more bearable to play since getting the legendaries. But the game is still P2W and some legendaries are just absolutely broken while others are completely useless. Example, Gearhead and Valkyrie are so broken that it’s pretty much mandatory to have either one of them on your team.
Also, the “Grand Arena” is actually fun but it’s so cringe you’re basically committing at least 20 minutes to play it because it’s takes people FOREVER to play their units and the game barely can connect you to the next opponent without running down the entire minute and half timer.
