Nous sommes de fiers clients de Lufa depuis plus de 8 ans et nous sommes grandement impressionnés par la qualité de leurs produits. Les tomates et concombres sont les meilleurs sur le marché ! Nous les recommandons chaleureusement .

Unsealed juices spill over in bagged produce left in moldy boxes. They even create and charge orders to you that you’ve never created. Garbage.

**Developer response:** Hey there. We’re super bummed to hear that your last order caused a bit of a mess - while it can happen from time to time that something spills during delivery, our baskets should never be mouldy. Please make sure to shoot us an email at support@lufa.com so we can figure out what happened and make it right. 

As for creating orders for you, our service is indeed a subscription and an order is created for you automatically every week. That said, our baskets are super flexible - you can customize it with all your favourite items, skip as many weeks as you like, pause for up to six months, or cancel any time. That said, we understand it’s frustrating to forget an order and receive something you didn’t want - we hope the push notifications on the new app will be a good reminder and help make sure that doesn’t happen again.

Enfin une app mobile dédiée, depuis le temps qu’on l’attend! Merci d’avoir écouté vos clients.

L’app est intuitive et fluide, bien conçue ! Deux feedbacks: offrir l’app en français, et intégrer une tab bar native (celle actuelle prend trop de place et n’est pas celle native offerte par Apple)

Je ne me passerais plus de la fraîcheur des légumes de Lufa sans pesticides de synthèse et à des prix surprenants. Produits d’épicerie biologique de plus en plus grandissants à des prix compétitifs. Produits de chez nous! Excellent service à la clientèle. Merci, Lufa!
